1. Services Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to the following services:

  • Billing Software & Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Smart Review Standee (NFC & QR solutions)
  • Ecommerce Store Creation with Payment Gateway
  • Daraz Account Setup and Optimization
  • Business Registration with FBR
  • Any other digital services offered by NetZing

2. No Returns on Digital Services

Since most of our services are digital and customized, we generally do not offer returns once the service has been delivered or activated. This includes software installations, website setups, and third-party account creations.


3. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • You cancel the service before any work has started.
  • A payment was made by mistake (e.g., duplicate transaction).
  • The service was not delivered due to issues on our end.
  • There is a technical failure in our system that prevents you from accessing the service after multiple support attempts.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service has been fully or partially delivered.
  • If the issue is due to third-party platform limitations (e.g., Daraz policy changes, FBR delays).
  • If the problem is due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  • If the service delay is due to customer unresponsiveness.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days
